Groups and Hangouts

The Capital Community enables members to JOIN "Birds-of-a- Feather" Groups.  Groups "connect" members with common interests and/or that may be in a remote location.    Groups have a recognizable Logo, Home Page, Forums for discussion and a "Wall" to post comments. 

The ultimate extension of Groups are "live" interactive "Hangouts." These are sub-Groups comprized of two (2) to ten (10) members who meet via the Internet to conduct a "live" video chat on a regular basis.   A Group can spon multiple Hangouts based on common member interests.  Access to the Hangout is directly or through the Group.
