Company Investment Pool

The Ritz Group Company Investment POOL consists of Ritz Group Companies who have Applied for funding and passed the CAPITAL DRILL Audit and Certification

Investors in the Ritz Group Fund will be invested in the Seraph Company Pool and can Co-Invest in Seraph POOL Companies and/or with individual companies in the Ritz Group company POOL.  

POOL  Company Engagement Process  

The GOAL with the Ritz Group Company POOL is identical to the Seraph Model.  That is....Vet the companies as investor worthy and strike the Terms to provide the Ritz Group ANGEL Pool Investor with a turn-key Angel Investment.  

This allows the Angel Investor to mix and match his/her investment in Seraph Group Pool Companies and create side-car/co-investment in Seraph Pool Companies, as well as Ritz Group Pool Companies.    This maximizes the Investor aggregate portfolio Returns (ROI)

The second Goal with the Ritz Group Company Pool is to provide LOCAL companies that may be earlier stage with follow-on rounds from the Seraph Group.   Some companies nominated will go directly to the Ritz Group Angel Pool.   Others have the option to process through the Ritz Group Investment Accelerator to shore-up their investor collateral and story using the NEW Capital DRILL model.  

Optionally Companies can contract for Ritz Group partners providing valuation, due diligence, stockholder management, legal and accounting independently or at the bequest of Investors.  The FOCUS is to insure Ritz Group POOL Companies are "Investor-ready."
 The Ritz Group Company POOL management will submit companies to Seraph Fund VIII based on readiness.    Historically the Seraph Group accepts one (1) percent of the companies nominated.   When necessary Ritz Group POOL Companies can contract for coast-to-coast syndication services.
